Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz divorce finalized

HollywoodNews.com: Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are officially over as their divorce has been finalized.

A judge in Los Angeles reportedly signed off on the divorce in late November, states TMZ. The two were married for about three-and-a-half years before filing for divorce earlier this year.

Simpson and Wentz were dealing with a child custody matter in regard to their son as he wanted joint custody, but she had filed for primary physical custody.

Details about the divorce settlement are being kept private, so it is unknown how they settled the custody matter and their money situation.
